Return Policy

To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account here. Locate the order associated with your account or the email address used at checkout, then select the order to begin the return request process.

danzmmotion accepts returns of eligible merchandise within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in its original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in new, sellable condition.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received, inspected, and approved.

Items may only be returned or refunded in the country in which they were originally purchased.

Merchandise purchased through third-party retailers, department stores, dancewear shops, or other authorized sellers must be returned directly to the original place of purchase and will be subject to that retailer’s return policy.

Return Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include, but are not limited to:

• Tights, underwear, and other intimate apparel, which are final sale for hygiene reasons.
• Sale or marked-down merchandise, unless defective.
• Leotards that have been worn, washed, soiled, damaged, or are no longer in sellable condition.
• Any item returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
• Any item returned outside the 30-day return window.

DanzNmotion reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

No returns or exchanges will be processed between Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.

For debit or credit card purchases, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days from the processing date. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.

PayPal refunds are typically reflected within 2–5 business days from the processing date.

Original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any handling charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or the return is due to a verified error or defective item.

Exchanges

At this time, danznmotion does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may return the eligible item within 30 days of purchase and place a new order for the desired item. Once the original return is received, inspected, and approved, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as DanzNmotion is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

Proof of Purchase

A copy of your online order receipt should be included with your package. It may be located inside the package or folded behind the shipping label on the exterior of the package.
